A half bathroom gets a complete new look with only paint and stencil by Cutting Edge Stencils.
I first painted the ceiling to brighten the room, then White Dove for the top wall and Cheating Heart for the lower wall. I then stenciled just an accent wall using the Cheating Heart paint. Using a repositionable adhesive to to stick the stencil to wall really helps make stenciling easy.
I used a level to make sure the stencil was level with the wall when applying the fist few sections. I used a mini foam roller and rolled on a paper plate after rolling into the paint to take excess paint off then I applied to each feather separately. Then I used a stencil brush to hand paint the edges that the roller couldn't get. I used a blow dryer to dry the paint quick so I could add a second coat. Then carefully pull the stencil off and move on to the next section.
I updated the mirror, light, towel and toilet paper holder with gold spray paint.
and the after. Pretty amazing what paint and a stencil can do.
