To make the pixels pop use a router and route v grooves along grid lines. Use a jigsaw to cut out the shape of your 8-bit character.


In this particular case I'm making Link from the original The Legend of Zelda video game on the classic Nintendo Entertainment System.

Grab some acrylic craft paints and paint each pixel of your 8-bit character.

Hang up your 8-bit art and enjoy!
