Learn How to Paint Poinsettias
Brighten up your dull winter days with these colorful festive flowers! Paint them on anything you like.

We start with the leaves. Start with a dark green, a lighter green and a no. 12 flat brush. Double load your brush and start at the base of the leaf and stroke your way up, lifting and pressing alternately to get the jagged edge.
Do the same on the opposite side.
The flower petals are done the same way as the leaves except with a burgundy color and white. The video does a much better job of showing how the brush moves to get the proper effect.
