Don't be afraid to put furniture in front of the mirrors. Treat them just like any other wall. You can hang art from them using Command hooks. Install a track like hospitals have and hang curtains over the wall. That way you can move them as you please. You can always paint it. Get a chunky molding and add trim to section it off.
believe it or not, you can wallpaper over it. use a prepared vinyl prep to coat the mirror. use vinyl over vinyl wall paper paste added to premixed paste. do not dip the paper but roll on the diluted glue with a paint roller, thin coat. book it for at least 5 minutes and hang. or, you can use contact paper. they have all kinds and all patterns now.
Deborah: I have had good luck with stencils on mirrors! (Just use acrylic paint from WalMart or Michaels)
A friend of mine actually did this... She stenciled a design right on the mirror using a chalky paint that sticks to glass. She was unable to remove the mirrored walls and the stencil gave it a new look for not much money!
