Hi Di: Poke holes in the border with a tool called a Paper Tiger, and then spray with a mix of 1/2 water and 1/2 liquid fabric softener. Let it sit for a while, maybe 10 minutes, and then use a plastic putty knife to gently scrape the wallpaper off. Good luck

Saturate it with mild vinegar and water and scrape it off with a plastic spatula.

If you’re hoping to save the wallpaper under it, that’s unlikely.

I would suggest going over it with a new border paper or mask off and paint over the border.

Hot water in a spray bottle and a plastic putty knife did the trick for me when I had to remove it from my bathroom and kitchen.

If it over the top of wallpaper I highly doubt you can get it off without ruining the wallpaper underneath, if this is the case you can refresh with a new border over the top

    Hi,

If they were self adhesive, maybe you can pull them off. If they were pasted on, wet them first to loosen the past and peel away.
