Sarah, you can pry gently with a pry bar. Once one pops loose, it should be easier to get the others off. There's no guarantee that you won't have some wall damage. Drywall compound is very inexpensive and can be used to repair any damage after removal.
Definitely use a piece of scrap wood under the bend of the pry bar to prevent any dent marks.
