Hi Nadia. Yes you can use the contact vinyl. It comes in so many designs and colors. You could also paint it, then add stenciling and scrape away the paint to expose the mirror.

I'd stencil it with paint, letting the mirror show through for depth, rather than contact vinyl.

Use vinyl wall paper paste and cover the mirrors with a design fabric. Smooth out wrinkles and bubbles as you go. Let dry. You have a mural wall.

I would simply wallpaper the mirror wall, that way if the style ever comes back, it would be easy to remove if you size the wall before you wallpaper it.

There are some beautiful self adhesive and stripable wall papers on the market that may be your easiest bet to completely cover the mirror. I have that same wall, but it is a source of reflective light in my living room so I chose to keep it. I just have the sofa uo against it and it kind of disappears and just shows a reflection of outside and greenery and sunlight. You could do wainscoting halfway up the wall as well, hang artwork with command hooks, etc. Wayfair and Home Depot are great starting points if you go for the adhesive wallpaper.
