When I found a huge mason jar filled with keys, I had to have them to make this one of a kind wall hanging. After a little spray paint, I had a bright happy wall hanging.

All you need is love....plus some keys, twine and colorful spray paint!

The first step is to decide on the color scheme and spray away. HINT: I buy a lot of Scrabble games for the tiles. I have no craft ideas (yet) for the boards so I keep them for messy jobs like spray paint.

After all the spray paint on the keys is dry (I wait until the next day) attach twine to each key. I cut the twine about 24" long because that gives me options on spacing...etc. It is better to have the twine too long than too short. LOL

Tie on the keys to your form. I used a macrame ring that I decorated with wire circles. Notice the twine is white.

I used several shades of food color mixed with water to "dye" the strings so the strings blended with the keys.

I used 18 gauge wire (it bends very easy) to spell love and attached it by wrapping the ends around the macrame` ring.
