Easy

I believe that this will be the most inexpensive and easiest D.I.Y you will make. With its Z Gallerie-ish (minus the cost) vibes you are going to make more than one. This popsicle sticks wall décor will have your family and friends second guessing if you really made it. I initially was creating popsicle stick learning activities for my toddler. I started to reminiscence about all the stuff I used to build with craft sticks, then BOOM! My creative muscle started going crazy and now I got a chic high-end wall décor that looks awesome in my hallway.

Materials needed:

Jumbo craft sticks

Paint

Hot glue gun

Sponge brush

Paint Brush

Mounting Putty

Plastic table cover

Materials used

Gluing it All Together

To start your infamous popsicle stick wall decor, you will need to hot glue the craft sticks into a square. You need to make 9 squares in total. Altogether you will need 36 craft sticks. I layered the squares on top of each other in the pattern below.

1 square in the First row

2 squares in the Second Row

3 squares in the Third Row

2 squares in the Fourth Row

1 square in the Fifth Row

A Little TIP: Make sure when you are gluing to leave little squares in the corner like this.

Final Piece

Finally, after you are done, it is time paint. I ended up using a sponge brush to cover it all. Also, I used a paint brush to get in the cracks where the sponge brush could not.

Once dry you can now hang your ZGallerie-ish wall decor. Since the popsicle sticks wall décor is relatively light, I ended up using mounting putty to stick on the wall. It’s been hanging for weeks now so give it a try. I have to say this was the easiest D.I.Y to date. Let me know if you make it, I will love to see what y’all come up with.
