What type of moon flower is this? The Angel's trumpet? And what could be leaving these spots on the leaves and flowers.and how do you get rid of them?

I have both...the one on the right, does anyone know what the seed pods look like and what do I do with them? I have 3 pods now and 2 are darker and one is still green. Thanks.

I have many plants and they are coming up rapidly here is Dallas. Mine are only producing a flower or 2 at a time. I was told they were "moonflowers" but after looking online I see so may kinds and not sure which ones they are.
