DIY Tulip Wreath

The Cofran Home

I’m always changing the wreath on my door – my husband thinks I’m crazy, but I love giving it a new look! It’s such an easy way to dress your house up for any season.
I started by grabbing some fake tulips and a basic wreath at Michael’s. The wreath is basically just a bunch of twigs/vines wrapped together. I’m sure you can get one at any craft store.

I cut the tulips off the bouquets and cut the stems down, leaving only a few inches of stem on each flower.
Then I basically just started sticking the stems into the wreath. I started at the top and worked my way down the the middle of the wreath. Just keep poking and shoving.
Once I got the top as full as I wanted it, I started doing the same thing at the bottom of the wreath – again working my way up towards the middle. I hot glued the back of the ribbon so it was secure on the wreath.
Then I made a big burlap bow and hot glued it on top of the burlap strip.
