substantial amount of water that came from combined sources and eventually made it to a creek on the rear property line. Surface water from the driveway, neighbor's yard and parts of the back yard all converged at a narrow neck at the back corner of this Chastain Park home..and caused erosion problems all along the way-our Dry Creek solution has been in place for over a year now and the problems have been eliminated.

Karen G on Nov 18, 2011I am doing the same project this weekend on a smaller scale and thought I'd use square pavers as the top layer to keep the stones in place and make it easier to walk and run a lawnmower over it, as mine is in the entry side of the yard. Thanks for the jute mat idea. I was wondering what to use at the bottom.
