Our toilet is falling through our bathroom floor due to a leak in the shower. We have no idea how to fix it! HELP!

Call a professional for help. It sound like you are over your head.
You will need to replace the flooring and the subfloor, it probably is rotting. It needs to be done sooner than later or you will end up with black mold and you don't want to be in that situation. Make sure you shut the water off to the toilet before you take it out.
