Can laminate flooring be put over ceramic tile?
I have ceramic tile in kitchen and bath. I'm not happy with it. I would like to put laminate flooring over the tile if possible.

You can, but you must fill all the cracks with tile glue and use 4 times as much as normal.
No, it has to be level, and the grout will keep it unlevel. Get the large scraping tool at Lowes, looks like a broom with a scraper on the bottom. It works really well, and you can take those tiles off in a few hours depending on how big the space is.
If the laminate is a floating floor yes you can. Use the manufacturer recommended underlayment. One thing to consider it will raise you floor so make sure you have clearance on the bottom of doors.
