No they won’t stick for very long.
You may want to put some lauan over top of the tile first. It would be best to remove the tile, though.
Floating floor might work. You first install a soft membrane that the flooring 'floats ' on. No contact with the tile. One concern, however, would be how much does any installation raise your floor level in regard to baseboards.
If you have ¼ inch luan plywood laid over the ceramic tile, then you use any flooring on top that you like. For me, I’d take up the ceramic tile, then use luan and install your vinyl. Coveted ceramic will break down over time.
