How can I cover water stains on ceiling tiles?

I have white ceiling tile and I got water stains. How can I cover them up? Thank you!

Kilz spray is great for blocking stains and it's usually a good match for ceiling color.
I just used Kilz, it worked great but I had to cover one stain several times before it was completely covered.
Why your ceiling tiles developed water marks is questionable. Was the leak sufficiently repaired? Did you need to remove and replace the tile?
Prime with Kilz primer. Cover up stains.
