Cheap way for basement flooring and ceiling.
I am on disability and had to use my retirement for medical expens so that leaves me with very little to fix the basement I have moved to.
The floor has been painted but is coming up and the ceiling the fiberglass insulation. The walls have been painted and looks o.k.
