Have a one storey flat roof addition. I would like to remove a wall to
make it more open concept. How can I create a new support for this wall. It is about 12 feet that I want to remove and support.

Since you have significant snow loads up there, I would consult with a local engineer to help size a beam that you can use to spam the opening so the roof is not compromised. The code book also has span charts for beams that support roofs if your contractor is familiar with them.
