You can try sweeping graphite powder in between the floor boards - put down only a VERY LITTLE at a time, and you will have to sweep like mad to get it through the cracks. Be careful, graphite residue will make the floor super-slippery so be sure you wipe down with hot soapy (dish detergent) water, rinse and dry with a cloth, afterwards. The theory is that it acts as a lubricant between the boards and nails that have loosed over time due to age as well as cutting friction between boards and underneath supports.
I have heard that sweeping baby powder into the cracks helps.
