Make up a Brick Mortar mix and Re-point them.
If they're not loose, you can buy the grout in a tube. Just squeeze grout in missing areas. If the bricks are loose, you can use a small bag of QuikCrete to fill in the areas. Then replace bricks.
It's not grout but mortar mix. I agree with Johnavallance82. Clean out any loose mortar out of the joints with a screwdriver and a stiff brush. Get some mortar mix and redo the joints.
I agree with John but first use a brush time make sure you have removed all the future missing grout. You don't want your hard work to just fall apart in a few years.
