How do I get paint on out of new carpet?

Just received new carpet. Have blue paint on solid grey berber carpet, teal paint on multi-color berber carpet. The painters tried blotting off and it is lighter in color, but is very noticeable. My daughter in-law is livid. This is there new home, I need to help my son out.

I think the best solution is to go to the carpet store where it was purchased and they will tell you what product to use. Most likely it is a water based paint and they can help. If not carpet cleaners can help also with advice.
Also hardware or your paint stores sell products, just tell the fabric of the carpet and what brand and kind of paint. There is usually a 800 number or helpline for the brand of paint and they can also assist.
Use Goof Off to remove the paint. Pour some on the paint and let it soften. Blot do not rub. Work from the center out.
Tell the Painters they are responsible for removing the paint. Otherwise you will get it done proffessionally and claim or Invoice them the Bill.
