You would install them just like over any other floor and the same as any other porcelain tile. Ensure the concrete is cured and doesn't suck up ground water. Also make sure it is stable without any major cracks. I have installed tiles on slab floors in kitchens and bathrooms. Just use notched trowel and thin set to fasten them to the floor.
Installing a porcelain or ceramic tile floors is fairly straightforward but there are some important things to know. Laying the tile is the easy part, the preparation is the important part and takes the most time. First your subfloor must be smooth and in good condition, then comes laying a waterproof membrane, cutting out any floor registers or other obstacles, and waiting for everything to dry. After all that, it’s almost time to lay the tile. Your best bet is to read an installation tutorial from the pros and watch a few videos. Then talk to the people selling the tile, they can guide you to the best products to use for each of the steps and give you pointers specific to what your using. Here’s one from Lowe’s, https://www.lowes.com/projects/build-and-remodel/install-wood-look-floor-tile/project?cm_mmc=search_google-_-Flooring-_-Dsa_flr_166_carpet%20Vinyl%20Laminate%20&%20Wood-_-&k_clickID=90997446-458c-41ba-955a-204c630043a2&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7OODkbbT3AIVDodpCh1QagE5EAAYAyAAEgK_VPD_BwE but there are many out there and I find it helpful to read several different ones. I can’t wait to see your finished project

Thanks so much. I know it will not happen in one day. I'll keep you updated. Hopefully I can get started on the subflooring tomorrow.
