We bought paint made for the garage floor, it comes in several colors , and they make coordinating multi color flakes. We picked a blue/ gray color paint and the flakes that you sprinkle on while the paint is wet, we're blue/ white / black. We used 2 coats of paint and sprinkled the flakes over the second coat . It looks very nice ! You can find everything at home depot or Lowes .
Clean and paint with cement paint.

They sell epoxy kits for the garage floors- super shiny and comes in a variety of colors at my store!
If your floor is pitted or spalling, you'll need to chip out areas and use filler prior to painting, etc.
