    What's wrong with it?

The floor has some stains and old look from trying to clean areas on it. I would like to get a nice clean look on it.

You can power wash, degrease if necessary and apply a garage floor coating. Don't know the name, but it had specs and chips of color in it. Looks nice. My friend got it at a paint store several years ago.

We had the same problem with our basement floor. Get paint for concrete and paint. Then add color chips if desired. Turns out looking really nice. Hope this helps

I like Kelli's ideas except I would stain instead of paint. Everyone I know that has painted the floor complains about it being slick. If you are set on paint, add something to the paint to add texture - available in the paint section.

My son and I did the epoxy and chip. I think it was Rustoleum Brand

from home Depot. It looks great, is not slippery and easy upkeep.

It's been 2 years and no problems.

It's not hard, but you have to be quick applying it. Takes 2 people.
