How do I renew a 1960s 1X1 ceramic tile floor?
It's a small bathroom where someone has glued cheap, paper backed sheet vinyl over the floor, which is that pink, small squares of tile from 1960. The vinyl is now peeling up in places. I want to do something to make it look good for resale. Would something like that epoxy garage floor, or the granite look renew product for kitchen counters work? Help me with ideas, please! I don't want to rip it out, it's set in thick concrete stuff.

I would scape off the vinyl. You might get lucky and only have to remove some glue residue.
You could put an epoxy on the floor, but first you need to remove the vinyl flooring. This website has some good videos on how to do the floor with their products. That might help you decide if you want to try something like that or not.

Peel and stick tiles would be the easiest, put right over the vinyl.
