Hi ! I don't understand what you mean he separated at the ends. Do you mean like it shrunk ? Or that the plank is peeling into separate layers ? If you have extra planks , remove and replace it. If you don't , see if home depot or Lowe's has a match. If that doesn't work, maybe switch that plank for another that is in a covered area , like under a rug or under a sofa, or behind a door. I have seen situations where the plank flooring was separating at the ends. They were able to slide it back into place and then put a spacer at the end against the wall to hold it into place.
