You can use regular grout sealer...and yes, it will run slightly. Just brush it on as usual, trying to stay mainly in the grouted areas, then use a soft sponge to wipe the tile surface to remove any sealer that gets on the tile.

there are grout sealers that come in a pen type dispenser...no running. Used them in house no2 to freshen the grout in the entry ways B/4 selling the place.
