You could try vinegar or wood bleach, but urine soaking between boards, well, it's not a good thing to have. Chances are you will not get the stain out. This is why we don't pee on the floors, as much as we'd like to sometimes.
Here is a fix that I found. I haven't tried it, but it looks like it would make sense.
Make a wet paste of baking soda and white vinegar. Apply liberally to the stain and let it stand until it's completely dry. Wipe up. Soak a clean cloth with hydrogen peroxide — the 3 percent solution you get at the drugstore — and lay it on the stain.
Peroxide can work. Dip a towel in peroxide and wring it out. Set it over the stain and leave for a couple of minutes
