Fill the chipped section with a dab of two part epoxy glue. Mix the two epoxy according to the directions on the package. ***** Work the epoxy into the chipped area using a toothpick. Smooth out the top of the tile to flatten the epoxy, and make sure to work quickly because epoxy adhesives dry quickly. Then allow the glue to dry completely. Use a small piece of sandpaper to further flatten the adhesive along the tile. Wipe away the remaining dust. ***** Paint over the dried glue using a paint color that closely matches the surrounding tile. Use a small brush to carefully paint over the epoxy. Let the paint dry. If the tile is shiny, coat the repair with some clear nail polish. If the tiles have a custom color or color pattern that you cannot replicate with paint, you may need to replace the tile for best results.

You can fill with Krazy glue layers. (keep it in the refrigerator to keep from drying out). Use a toothpick to level. Oil paints are a permanent color. Windsor and Newton dry the fastest and is at Hobby stores. Get small tubes and mix on a paper plate. Remember that they will dry a bit darker.

Take an impression of the missing corner tile for exact sizing. Buy small pack of a white Sculpty polymer clay. Re-create the size of the missing chip. Make a few. Keeping in mind that this polymer clay does shrink a bit during oven baking. Follow the baking instructions on the pack. I would make the chip replacement piece out of the polymer clay slightly thicker& slightly wider due to the shrinkage when baking. Hence why you need to make a few samples to find one that best works. Once baked, the polymer clay is hard. Once you find the perfect fit, you can dab on some acrylic paints to best match the missing chip. You can seal it with a clear polyurethane spray. Glue the new piece into place.
