Wear protective eye wear and clothing. Using a crowbar and hammer, tap under the edge and pry loose. You might be able to get a long bar so that you don't have to bend over or get down on your knees.
If you are also removing tub, it may be easier to remove it first. If cast iron use a sledge hammer and bust it apart, when gone, it'll be easier to get to the tile.
Depending on how old your bathroom is, there may be razor wire under the tile and cement. Make sure to wear really good work gloves and long sleeves and pants to protect you from getting cut. Also, make sure all water and electric are turned off to that bathroom incase you hit something during your demo.
