Paint them a fresh white.
I agree with both of the suggestions, but paint may be the easier route to take.
I just did 64 of them in my basement. Took tiles down a section at a time, vacuumed up 35 years worth of dust bunnies and cobwebs, degreased the metal framework and taped off the walls. I spray painted the hanging framework and rolled out the paint on the tiles.
