Unfortunately, once laminate floors get wet and swell there is little you can do except replacing the affected pieces.

I keep a box of doggie pads. I have new flooring Laminate as well. Dogs have accidents. I get a huge box from Costco for $16 bucks and they always hit the pads when they cant go out. Will save you some flooring costs Perhaps.

Teach your dog to piss outside to start.
Let the area dry. Dig in and remove "all" loose and damaged material. Seal and prime then fill in the area with appropriate material. Cover with your choice of flooring.

Is it possible to get more planks of the laminate? It might be best to replace them.
