My guess is one of your support piers (they are usually concrete block unless on a permanent foundation) may have settled and needs to have more support. Put a level on your floor and it will tell you how bad it is. It should be level before trying to repair it. If it's not that, it's possible there is some kind of damage to the base of the wall, but, my money is on the support.
Do you have a window near that? Might be a leak. Hard to know, is it the lino or worse? Would call in a handy man to access this as it could be serious.
I'd would say it's structural. Some of the framing probably is rotted. If it was out of level it would just tilt. Floor would not separate from the wall.
I would maybe look into having someone come check out the framing.
