When installed vinyl looked fine but now looks like glue missing And there are some areas that have bubbled!

My husband and his brother had a floor business many years. I have seen him inject a needle and suck out the air in such bubbles and make it lie down straight. It did not show after. Maybe that would be worth a try?

Use a blow dryer to warm up the vinyl and reactivate the glue. Then a piece of 2X4 or a rolling pin to flatten it down.

I would put a towel on the bubble and iron it down. Don't go to high on the heat.
