Try applying Self adhesive tiles in the middle of the blue tiles.
You could place another layer of vinyl sheet over top if it is solid and level. Click flooring.
you can paint it with good results if you make sure to prepare and prep well. You can also put down a vinyl plank floor for a reasonable price just make sure to purchase a quality product such as Allure brand. You can put down wood look porcel tile for about $2/piece.
I can understand, that floor would make me dizzy. You could put another layer of flooring in, but remember that appliances should be removed. The flooring should be under them, just make sure that the refrigerator will have enough clearance from the top of the refrigerator to the bottom of the cabinet to fit back in (I can't tell from your picture). Either peal and stick tiles, sheet vinyl or even a laminate flooring will work. Good luck with your project.
Great! Thank you everyone! We are moving into the house in May and i cant wait to get started.
