You could attach it to the walls with wallpaper paste and the floor could be done the way paper bag floors are done. Here's a link:

Paper Bag Floor
Hi Janne, this is how you do a paper bag floor which is the same method you could use to do a newspaper floor: https://www.instructables.com/id/Paper-Bag-Floors/ I would use the same method as well on the wall but make sure you REALLY like it before doing that to a wall because its never coming off!

Yes be very sure you want that because it's like a forever treatment. Also the paper on the floor is for low traffic areas only, like bedrooms. Doesn't hold up to mopping or heavy foot traffic. Removing is about the most awful job you'll ever do. So be sure.
I don't think that would hold up. Newspaper ink runs very easily.
Hello Janne,
I would tear it into manageable sizes, random or even and stick it to the wall with Wallpaper paste or watered down Mod podge - Matt! If you want to be able to wipe it over, give the wall a coat of Mod podge as a sealer. For floor use Polyurethane Clear Varnish and give it a few sealer coats. Best wishes.
Agree with Kelli and Morgan.
