Not sure what you are asking, but the glue and poly seals the paper so it is essentially the same as any hardwood floor with the same finish.
Once the Paper bag floor has been dried well and sealed... I don't think that weather or humidity would effect it any more than it would effect any other type of flooring.... and the glue used to put the floor down should be moisture resistant as well
