Why do you need to regrout in the first place? If you are having mould issues that you have to keep cleaning up you will need to figure out why before you regrout. Often mould that you can't get rid of is a sign that there is water getting in behind the tiles, and nothing short of retiling will help. The first house we owned taught me that lesson. The previous owners regrouted the tiles before putting the house on the market. I ended up having to tear down the entire shower wall and then replace some of the studs that had dry rot. Worse yet was that the shower was back-to-back with the bathtub in another bathroom and I had to redo that as well because water had seeped from our shower to the other bathroom.

If you are just changing the look of your shower by using a different color grout, you might be better off just "painting" the tile grout with colorant (you can buy grout colorant in various colors) then seal to keep the the new grout looking good.
