Sand mixed with a clear finish. Or stick on slip things like for the bathtub
Rubbermaid makes some or go to the local hardware store and get a roll of shingle material and custom cut your own. This will be much less.

You can buy outdoor covers for each step made out of different materials like door mats. They come in several colors. Bed, Bath & Beyond have some. Some stay in place, some require a small nail or screw to hold. Good luck!
Hello! There are a number of non-slip options. You could apply carpeting on the stairs, rubber stair treads, or an abrasive coating that provides some friction or grip. Any home store sells a number of these items ā or you can purchase them online. Good luck!
We used stair treads like these that we found locally for our senior dog and they helped immensly. Im guessing they can be painted too.

If you're going to paint it just put some painter's sand (used to make rough textures) in the paint. That solved my problem with my slippery concrete steps.
Thank you Everyone!
