What's the best& safest way to remove carpet glue from a cement porch?
I pulled up the worn carpet and now need to remove the glue. I have 2 dogs so I need to do this safely for them. I just have no idea where to start.

Hi Nancy, I'm going to start with saying Good Luck and God Speed. Removing any kind of glue from concrete is a painful labor intensive job but as long as you're willing to put in the elbow grease it is totally possible to get it done. Here's a link from Bob Villa on step by step.

Use a handheld scraper. There are short ones, but there are also long handles ones that you can use standing up. The scraper has a razor blade on it that will cut the glue off. Good luck. It's a tiring job.
