What is the best ceiling to use in a screen enclosed non-insulated patio? What I have up there keeps cracking and falling.

Beadboard is the best.
I have vinyl in my screen porch ceiling .it has been their about fifteen years .still looks good . Got at home depot .they had different patterns to choose from .Good luck .
I would use wood and nothing but wood. Anything like plaster or drywall would likely suffer from moisture damage in this application.
