find a point about 1' below ceiling curve and then run a line all around and either Paint or Paper below that point. You could use a wooden Picture rail or just a wallpaper border to define .......

I had a 100-year-old farmhouse with curved walls that I textured ( I gooped the texture stuff on by hand and smoothed it out leaving a unique texture) and then painted the walls white. It added interest to the walls and made everything look new. It looked great against the dark trim.
