Next time try adding some maneur tea. Go back to the place you bought your rose food or another and check the label for the correct amount for your specific feed.
Yes, good advice from Paulett, go to the store and look at and maybe take a picture of the instructions on how to feed your plant. Another way would be to go onlone and look up the instructions.

What are you trying to feed them? you don't tell us we need to know in order to give you correct information otherwise we would just be guessing---Bone meal?special Fertilizer? compost?
