I know that opinions vary, but what's your opinion?!I have great luck w Rosemary plants. Green all year long.
If you live in a cold area, you need to protect them from the cold. In the spring when they start to grow, they must be protected if there is a big freeze coming. You will need to cover them with a sheet and be sure to remove it before the sun comes up in the morning. Mine got killed last spring, because I did't cover them when a freeze came. The year before, they were just loaded with big blooms. Watch the weather in the spring and protect them.
