You might get better results by just planting a more mature bush

Cut a branch put Epson salt in hole. Then put branch . Fill in hole, again spinkle with Epson salt and water real good. Continue with rest of cuttings follow steps above. Water everyday don't be cheap. I did this in my old residence with 20 clippings. 13 took.I thought I did pretty good. Good luck.hope it works for you. Worth the backache when you see your hard work become a reality..

You need the seeds from your current rose bush. After a blossom dies off, there should be seeds down in the bloom. Just pick them out. Let them dry. Plant the seeds in potting soil and place in a sunny spot. When the seedlings are a couple inches tall, you can replant them in a bigger pot or right in the ground. Don't add anything else in the soil at this time. It will either burn the root system or put unwanted stress on the plant. This entire process may take up to a full season. Be patient, the end result will be worth the time.

Cut a branch at an angle. I try to find one with a bud on the branch. I dig small hole add Abson salt just sprinkle. Add branch dirt and sprinkle around branch. After you've done all the branches which by the way I make 4_6 inches each. Then water and not just a sprinkle.A lot. After first day sprinkle. They're going to look like they're dying but keep taking care. In a week start to see if you see anything growing.( And you will) when it's grown to at least 10_ 12 inches dig it out making sure a big load of dirt comes with it and replant. Where ever you want. Good luck.if you do this and it works I would love a picture.
