Giving Away Plants
Of course, you can also list plants on personal or neighborhood social media, Craigslist, or even just place them on the curb. Someone is sure to snap up your unwanted plants in this manner. There are a few businesses that will take unwanted plants too, such as From My Bed to Yours. The proprietor here will take unwanted plants, sick or healthy, rehabilitate them and then sell them for less than a commercial nursery. Finally, another option for giving away plants is PlantSwap.org. Here you can list plants for free, swap plants, or even search for plants you would like to own. The small tubers can be and should be separated from the main large tuber. They are individual plants. If your planting the large tuber with the small ones still attached you are feeding the tubers and not the plant itself. Hence the tall plant and small bloom. All the small tubers will grow and develop into full large plants.
It could be a small blossom variety. Depending on your planting zone dahlia could need to be dug up and over wintered. It is possible older more nature tuber could produce more flowers.

Hi, If you don't like Dahlias find someone who does!
I would keep them and keep trying
If the care of the hand-me-down seems a chore to you, then I'd forego it and focus on something that brings you more pleasure. :)
I would find a neighbor, relative or even some church's have garden groups (or maybe there is a local one by you) and perhaps you could give it away or trade it for something else!
Call your local Master Gardeners and let them know you need to find a good home for your Dahlia.
If these aren't your thing - that is ok! I'd ask a local nursery if they would want them and give them the TLC they need to grow the best - or as other people have mentioned above try freecycle.org or Facebook group and give them to someone why may already have a Dahlia garden and would love to have more!
yes Very pretty
They are very cute plant other flowers in between them.
That's a Dahlia plant, I'm sure you can pass it along to someone who wants one, they are quite a popular flower. Grow what you love :)
i would for sure keep those
