A floribunda
Go talk to your local nurseries and ask for your part of the country. I do not necessarily mean local home improvement or department stores (they may or may not have good knowledgeable nursery workers). We ask nurseries that ONLY sell plants permanently in our local area. We grow mini roses, they bloom well and endure the bitter cold in the NW. We mulch and also feed them Epsom salts and banana peels. People comment on my roses as they have about an average of 100 buds and blooms on them all summer. If you do not want peelings to attract mice, you can blend the peels in the food processor and add water. Pour it around the base, not on the plant itself. Hope this helps.
