Lee Cunningham Green on Jun 01, 2015before you plant, put a raw egg right in the hole, as it breaks down it will nourish those plants, I prep my garden all year with eggshells, coffee grounds and peels and rinds from fruit, rather than a compost I just turn it down in the garden as I go.Helpful Reply

Carmie on Jun 02, 2015Horse.sheep and chicken manure. They are great and doesn't harden the ground up. Cow manure hardens the ground. But don't put to much on them.Helpful Reply
