Miracle grow potting soil
Green house 50-70 degrees, Jiffy cups have holes, miracle grow. The package said 2018 seeds
you should use seed starting soil.once the seeds grow they get re-planted in miracle grow soil before planting in the ground
Seeds need to be planted to a depth of 3 times their size. The soil slightly moist - not wet - I spray/mist mine from the top and water from the bottom (individual pots in a tray with water). And I start my seeds warmer than 70 degrees during the day.
Are these hard-coated seeds that need to be scored like morning glory or New Zealand spinach? Or pre-soaked like carrot and parsley to hasten the germination time?
Some seeds do grow slower than the package states. Have patience. Wait at least a couple of weeks and if they have not come up they are no good. If they are too wet they will rot, if too dry, not enough moisture to germinate.
Sounds like a relistic solution. thanks
