Can anybody identify this tree??
We moved into a new house and this tree is in the backyard. I tried to identify it via Google, but found several that it could be. I’m guessing it’s a Chokeberry, but would like to know for sure. Thanks in advance!

Looks like a plum tree
Hi Alaina, it looks like a Bradford Pear to me. It's a beautiful landscaping tree, but many advise you to cut it down because of its weak branch structure, especially when they get older - http://texastreeid.tamu.edu/content/TreeDetails/?id=88
here is info for you

Bradford Pear gets my vote. If it is near any structures that can be damaged, I would remove it. We had several split that lined our driveway. One hit the corner of the house and bent our metal roofing. That was when my husband said they have to go. We kept one that is far away from the house. They split easily and just aren't great although beautiful.
